Why do we do this?
What are we passionate about?
- First and foremost, we are passionate about creating meaningful relationships with our clients.
- We are passionate about adding more value than we receive in payment.
- We are passionate about seeing a church of 250 have the financial systems of a church 10 times its size.
- We are passionate about creating followers of Christ through the local church that are becoming radically generous.
- Did we say we are passionate about our relationships with our clients?
Where did we come from?
1. Increase operational revenue so the vision of the church can be funded (Create more Beans for ministry).
2. Properly manage and steward what God has provided for the church to the highest bookkeeping standards (Count the Beans).
After years at Mountain Lake full time and being around the organization Churchplanters.com, Casey felt compelled to help existing churches and church planters succeed financially. Thus The Change Group was born. Immediately Casey knew that this organization needed high-capacity leaders that could add value, not just from the ministry perspective but also from the real world of finance. That is when Casey approached Co-Founder and now President Brett Berto about starting an organization that would change the world through funding local churches and missions around the globe! Brett recently sold a very successful business and now feels called to add value to churches each day of his life.
Together these two created a killer team that is meeting churches' financial needs in many ways.

Casey Graham - Chief Bean Creator
Casey worked for ten years in the trenches of local church ministry. He most recently served at Mountain Lake Church as the Chief Financial Officer. During his time there he saw the church go from two people to nearly 2,000 people every weekend. Casey knows what it is like to work in small and large church settings.
Casey’s role at The Change Group is to provide directional leadership for the organization. Casey also acts as our lead servant to the churches we work with.
Casey has a wife also named Kacie (we know it’s funny) and a daughter, Darby. They live in Atlanta, GA.

Brett Berto - President
Brett Berto spent the last 25 years of his life in the computer hardware industry. From 1992 until its sale in 1996 he served as founder, president, and CEO of one of the largest computer assemblers in the United States. Brett is very active in his community, he serves on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations, serves as a director of a local bank, and is an elder in his church.
As our Chief Relationship Officer, Brett brings a servant’s heart to our client relationships. Brett holds our team accountable for doing what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it. He is also the Financial Officer for our organization, If you ever have any questions, concerns or comments, please do not hesitate to contact him at your convenience at bberto@thechangegroup.tv.
